1. Introductory provisions
These Terms of Use govern the terms and conditions of use of websites and digital services owned by Info Lab Mediji d.o.o., including but not limited to:

• www.horeex.com
• www.turizaminfo.hr
• online visitor and exhibitor registration forms
• newsletter signup forms
• forms for sending requests for the offer of subscription to the magazine Turizam info
• XpoCRM application for exhibitors
By using these websites and digital services, you are deemed to be familiar with these Terms of Use and to accept them in full. If you do not accept them, you are not authorized to use said services.
2. Content and functionalities of digital services
Through the websites and digital systems of Info Lab Mediji d.o.o. users are able to:
• registration to visit HoReCa Adria and Hotel & Restaurant Expo
• sending exhibition inquiries, including requests for price list and floor plan of the exhibition space
• subscribe to the newsletter list
• filling out the form to send a request for an offer to subscribe to the magazine Tourism info
• review of informative and promotional content
• contacting the company through available forms and communication channels
Exhibitors of HoReCa Adria and Hotel & Restaurant Expo are additionally provided with access to the XpoCRM application to prepare business contacts and scan visitor accreditations during the fair.
3. Obligations of users
The user undertakes to:
• enter complete, accurate and truthful data
• not to use other people's data without authorization
• not take actions that may interfere with the operation or security of websites and digital systems
• not attempt unauthorized access to systems, data, or content
• not use the XpoCRM application or other systems for unsolicited communication or other unauthorized actions
In case of breach of these obligations, Info Lab Mediji d.o.o. reserves the right to restrict or disable access to digital services.
4. Intellectual property
All contents published on the websites of Info Lab Mediji d.o.o., including texts, photographs, graphic materials, publications, PDF documents, promotional materials and other content, are protected by copyright and related rights.
Without the written permission of Info Lab Mediji d.o.o. it is forbidden:
• download content
• reproduce, distribute, publish or transmit content
• use of content for commercial or promotional purposes
Any unauthorized use is subject to legal protection.
5. XpoCRM App
The XpoCRM application is a digital tool owned by Info Lab Mediji d.o.o., intended exclusively for exhibitors.
By using the app, the exhibitor accepts:
• that access to the visitor's data is realized only when the visitor himself allows it (by scanning the accreditation or connecting in advance)
• that they will use the obtained data exclusively for legitimate purposes of business communication related to the fair
• that it is responsible for storing its access data and activities carried out within the application
• not to use the application to send spam messages or other unauthorized actions
6. Limitation of Liability
Info Lab Mediji d.o.o. strives to ensure the correct and uninterrupted functioning of websites and digital services, but cannot guarantee their constant availability, complete accuracy of all published information or complete technical correctness.
Info Lab Mediji d.o.o. is not responsible for any damage that may arise due to temporary difficulties in operation, incorrect information, technical malfunctions or other circumstances that may affect the use of digital services.
7. Protection of personal data
The processing of personal data of users is regulated Privacy PolicyInfo Lab Mediji d.o.o., available on all related websites.
By using the digital services, you confirm that you are familiar with the Privacy Policy and that you accept the method of collecting, processing, storing and sharing personal data as defined therein.
