FAQ for Visitors

HoReCa Adria will be held from 22nd to 24th October at Zagreb Fair in Croatia, in pavilions 8a, 9a and 11a.

Registration will open in mid-2026.

Professionals involved in tourism (hotel managers, owners of small and family hotels, campsites, caterers, holiday home owners, and distributors of products for the tourism sector) can download their accreditation free of charge through our website. For people who are not related to the tourism sector, it will be possible to buy a ticket at the entrance to the fair.

Your registration takes only two minutes, and after that you will receive the ticket by email. Please print it out and take it with you, and our staff will validate it at the registration desk.
The registration desk is located at the entrance to pavilion 8a, at the entrance to the fair.

If you do not have accreditation with you, show the code you received by email at the registration desk when registering online for the fair, and our staff will print the accreditation. If the application has been made, but the email has not arrived, all you have to do is say your first and last name and we will find you in our database.

The fair is business-oriented, so we recommend business, smart casual or formal clothes.

Due to the business nature of the fair, it is unfortunately not possible for high school students or persons under 18 years of age to enter, even accompanied by an adult. The fair is intended exclusively for professionals and business visitors.
